FAQs

Are you a lead agency?

Yes and no. We can generate leads, but that’s not the point. Our call to action is really: what do you mean by a lead? You need the right customer, with budget, in a deal that actually creates value rather than just extra work. We’re full-cycle operators: we target, qualify, close, and build the system behind it.

How are you different from hiring?

Hiring can work, but it takes time and comes with high risk. Great people exist, but most are optimised for stability. When things are ambiguous, they’re less likely to jump in. We’re designed for these junctures—experienced operators who act from day one, in contexts where traction is hardest and speed matters most.

How much of my time will this take?

Very little. We know leadership already has close to zero bandwidth. We take on the work, not add to it. You’ll see a bi-weekly report from us with activities, results, and insights. Beyond that, our goal is to keep you updated, not tied up.

Sales hasn’t been working so far—how will you be different?

Sometimes a product simply doesn’t have a market, but most of the time it’s because the fundamentals aren’t in place: targeting, messaging, follow-up. We focus on the basics, keep it simple, and bring experience and structure to bear. Often what makes the difference is just doing the right things consistently.

I already have people—do I need you?

If your team is ramped, hitting target, and you’re confident in coverage, you may not. More often, though, companies use us to free up their best people, improve ROI on key reps, or fill gaps without adding more headcount. We can blend in as an extension of your team or work independently.

How do you charge?

We keep it simple: a monthly retainer plus a variable component agreed with you. We don’t put pricing on the site, but we’re upfront when we talk. The aim is to get past commercials quickly so we can focus on delivering results.

Can you operate in new markets or geographies?

Yes. We’ve sold across EMEA, North America, and LATAM. One of our strengths is helping companies enter the UK market. For purely North American plays, a local outfit may be sharper—but we’re experienced in opening doors in markets where you don’t yet have presence.

Do you have references or examples of past results?

Yes. We’ve delivered everything from early deals in days, to multi-million pipelines in months, to successful market entry campaigns. More importantly, our customers are often willing to speak about their experience directly, which we see as the best reference of all.

I need go-to-market but I’m very early stage and don’t know where to start.

That’s often the perfect time to work with us. Even if you don’t move forward, our conversations are designed to be useful and insightful. If you’re unsure where to begin, we can help shape the first steps.

Do you bring your own tech stack and CRM, or work with ours?

We do both. Our tools are included in the price, so you don’t have to add “set up CRM” to your list. Where you already have systems, we’ll integrate. Where you don’t, we’ll deploy ours. The point is that sales infrastructure shouldn’t become another distraction for you.

What happens when we’re ready to hire a permanent team? Do you hand over?

Yes. We build with handover in mind—systems, playbooks, reporting. When you’re ready, we’ll help structure and onboard your new hires so they inherit a working model. Projects are often six months, but we can stay longer if needed. The end goal is that you have a durable engine, not a dependency.
